In 2020, just before the pandemic, Emily and Jeff traveled to Ethiopia to strengthen their relationships with local farmers. One of the farmers they met was Musa Abalulesa, the producer of this coffee. His farm is located in western Ethiopia, and he, along with his two brothers, grows coffee on land inherited from their father. Musa is meticulous about his coffee processing, which brings out incredible flavors. This special lot uses an advanced fermentation process that highlights clean, juicy notes. We are excited to carry such an exceptional micro-lot from a farmer who consistently delivers high-quality coffee.
