Another perfectly processed coffee from the master Luis Alberto Balladarez! Grown on his award winning farm Un Regalo de Dios (A Gift From God) in Mozonte, Nicaragua, this 100% Paraiso variety coffee is so sweet. It has a nice blueberry/strawberry taste at first that finishes like pineapple and boasts a balanced acidity. The Paraiso (paradise) variety is a cross breed between the Timor Hybrid and the Yellow Catuai. It produces yellow coffee cherries when ripe and is highly resistant to the Coffee Leaf Rust (CLR) Disease, particularly of the dangerous nematode type, Meloidogyne exigua. This coffee is a solid option for your customers because it is so sweet and the fruit is easily distinguishable.
