Alex Baide is our longest-standing relationship in Honduras, dating back to our first visit in 2016 when we were blown away by his coffee. We're grateful to continue our partnership with the Baide family as this coffee continues to be excellent. This coffee is the Parainema variety, a cross between Villas Sarchi and Catimor, making it an easier coffee for farmers to grow while still boasting an intense cup quality. Giovanny has done incredible job with the honey process, mellowing out the intensity and increasing the sweetness of this variety.
