We’ve partnered with producer Luis Alberto Balladarez since 2011, and his coffees continue to be some of the most consistently delicious we purchase. This year’s Geisha comes from a newly built climate-controlled drying room, where thin layers of coffee are dried evenly and carefully protected from the elements. The result is a deeper, more expressive cup than last year—and with a larger harvest, we’re thrilled to finally share it more widely.
