Another perfectly processed coffee from the master Luis Alberto Balladarez! Grown on his farm, Esperanza, in Mozonte, Nicaragua, this 100% Paraiso variety coffee is so incredible. The Paraiso (paradise) variety is a crossbreed between the Timor Hybrid and the Yellow Catuai. It produces yellow coffee cherries when ripe and is highly resistant to the Coffee Leaf Rust (CLR) Disease, particularly of the dangerous nematode type, Meloidogyne exigua.
