Produced by our long-time partner, the legendary Luis Alberto Balladarez in Mozonte, Nicaragua, this Washed Pacamara offers a pristine counterpoint to the natural and honey processed lots we typically see from him. A hybrid of the Pacas and Maragogype varieties, this coffee is characterized by its exceptionally large beans and a distinct, intense acidity inherited from the Pacas lineage. The washed process allows this unique profile to shine, resulting in a cup full of sparkling tropical fruit notes and a remarkably clean sweetness.
